East Sussex Better Together
ESBT is a three-year programme, which aims to put into place a fully integrated health and social care system in East Sussex within three years. This integrated system will ensure every patient or service user can access proactive, joined up care, that supports them to live as independently as possible and achieve the best possible outcomes.
Health & Wellbeing Board
In 2011, the Health and Social Care Bill required the County Council to establish a Health and Wellbeing Board. The Board is committed to improving health and wellbeing across East Sussex, especially for people, places and communities who currently have the worst health outcomes.
